How Our Donation Process Works
We have a simple 3 step process:
STEP 1: Describe your vehicle
Call us at 877-544-2787 or 510-473-7466

STEP 2: Schedule a PickUP
During your call in STEP 1, our customer service rep will work with you to schedule a pick up time that is convenient for you.
If you filled out an online donation form, you will receive a follow up phone call within the hour (or the next business morning if after hours) from customer service.
We are very flexible and for your convenience, you don’t even need to be home when your car is picked up!
STEP 3: Your Vehicle is picked up
After the vehicle is picked up, it is processed and sold. The proceeds are then distributed to a local creative arts programs in need or the program of your choice.
Within 2 weeks you'll receive your free gift card.
Within 2- 4 weeks you'll receive your tax deductible donation receipt.
